About The Event
This one-day practical workshop is designed to raise your energy, lift your mood and see you leaving with a spring in your step.
After a short introduction to positive psychology, we will take you through a sequence of tried and tested positive psychology exercises that have been shown to enhance mood and increase happiness or well-being.
At the end of the day, you will be given a summary of the exercises you completed and a reminder of their instructions, so that you can continue them on in your day-to-day life, or share them with family and friends should you wish.
