I run workshops on positive psychology to share research and introduce positive practices which benefit individuals and organisations.

You can attend one of my public workshops, book me to run an existing workshop (detailed below) at your organisation, or commission a bespoke workshop, relevant to your needs.

CURRENT WORKSHOPS 

 

POSITIVITY IN THE PANDEMIC 

I'm currently developing an online positive psychology workshop comprised of resilience, optimism and positive emotion interventions, to support people in dealing with the current pandemic.  

  • The date for the 'Positivity in the Pandemic' workshop has not yet been confirmed. Spaces are limited to 12 people to allow space for personal interaction.The session will last for two hours and will be run online (most likely via the Zoom platform).  Please email me at nicolajanehughes@hotmail.com to register your interest in this event.

 

HAPPINESS 3.0 - ON HOLD

A two-hour interactive workshop, introducing key concepts from the science of positive psychology and sharing exercises and interventions to increase your happiness and wellbeing. 

  • My next workshop, 'Happiness 3.0' will be held at Muswell Health. Spaces are limited to 6 people. Owing to the on-going Covid-19 crisis, I cannot yet say when the next iteration will take place. If you wish to register your interest, please email me at nicolajanehughes@hotmail.com.

TAKING THE STRESS OUT OF TECH

A one-hour workshop session to raise awareness of 'technostress', share current research in the area and introduce some techniques to improve your relationship with technology. 

  • Wednesday 7th Nov 2018. 15:30-16:30 @ Imperial College, London. Private event.
